Admission Guidelines (Ages 3-12)
Please use this guideline as a reference to our application procedures.
Application For Admission (Ages 3-12)
This document must be completed for all applications and submitted with a $165.00 non-refundable application fee by March 1 for consideration. Please make checks payable to Glenwood Country Day School.
Transcript Release Form (Grades 1-5)
This document should be signed by a parent and given to the school secretary of the student's current school. The "transcript" should include the most recent report card, the report card from the previous year, and any standardized testing results acquired during the last year.
Student Recommendation Form (Grades 1-5)
This form should be given to the student's present teacher. Please ask the teacher to complete and mail this reference form to Glenwood Country Day School.
Student Questionnaire (Grades 3-5)
To learn more about applicants grades 3-5, please have the student devote some time and thought to complete a writing sample.
